Our current portfolio is concentrated in Sudbury, North Bay and Timmins with investments in other high growth Northern Ontario markets on the horizon.

We identify and acquire properties in secondary markets in Northern Ontario. Northern Ontario offers a stable and diversified economy which is home to one of the richest mineral producing regions in the world and is attracting global investment. The regions is also experiencing population growth due to move-to-affordability.
We acquire and consolidate mid-sized (typically 30 -100 units) multi-family apartment buildings in secondary markets which present opportunities to leverage our expertise in value creation through operation efficiencies, reposition of assets, property management, finance and portfolio managements.
Greyhill has a proven track record of building relationships and has built a reputation as a respected operator and acquirer. An extensive network of trusted advisors has been cultivated to assist the team on an as need basis.
By creating operating efficiencies, repositioning assets, and applying diligent property, finance, and portfolio management, Greyhill REIT strives to deliver tax-efficient yields with capital appreciation. Properties in secondary markets typically have lower operating margins, creating an opportunity for higher net operating income growth for each dollar of rent increased.
We purchase cash flowing properties below replacement cost. Risk is mitigated by building a diversified portfolio of stable rental income thereby generating predictable cash flows. Our vertically integrated platform optimizes the operational efficiencies of these assets to create long term risk adjusted value for investors.
